When I learned that Smiles by Nikki had been selected as a 2025 Face of Success, my first thought was not about recognition, it was about gratitude.

This honor belongs to our entire team.

It belongs to the people who show up every day with professionalism, compassion, and dedication to our patients.

It belongs to the families who trusted us with their smiles, shared their experiences, and referred their friends and loved ones.

When I took over this practice in 2025, I inherited a long-standing legacy and the responsibility to earn that trust every single day.

Since then, we have worked hard to elevate every part of the patient experience from systems and service to clinical excellence and practice culture.

To have that effort recognized is incredibly meaningful.

But the greatest reward will always be the confidence we help create in our patients.

To every patient who has supported our journey: thank you.
