Meet DR. Nikki Sangha
Dr. Nikki Sangha’s journey to becoming one of Augusta’s most respected orthodontists is anything but ordinary — and that is exactly what makes her exceptional. Born and raised in the United Kingdom, Dr. Nikki graduated with Honours in International Studies and Politics from the University of Birmingham, one of the UK’s most prestigious universities. Her academic research took her to India, where she conducted interviews with senior political figures and developed a deep understanding of global cultures and communities.
She then made the bold decision to move to the United States alone and pursue a completely new path in healthcare. She was accepted into dental school on her first attempt, earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Midwestern University. She later secured a place at the Georgia School of Orthodontics, where she completed her specialist postgraduate training in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics.
That same determination now shapes how she leads her practice, cares for her patients, and supports her team every day.
Dr. Nikki is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, allowing her to connect naturally with patients from many backgrounds across Augusta and beyond. She has been recognised as a 2025 Face of Success and has co-authored peer-reviewed publications in international academic journals, bringing a research-driven, evidence-based approach to every treatment she delivers.
Having worn braces herself as an adult, Dr. Nikki understands firsthand the confidence that comes with a beautiful smile — and that personal experience drives everything she does for her patients.
